How will I be billed for my recent purchase?
Within 24 hours of your purchase, the corresponding amount will be debited from your account. You will receive a payment confirmation via email once the transaction has been successfully processed.

How will my Tenant be created or Licenses provisioned?
Our Technical Support team will promptly contact you (within 6 business hours) to guide you through the next steps. Depending on your order specifications, we will either create your Tenant or provision the necessary licenses on your Tenant. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
How do I activate and use the services?
Once your Tenant is created or licenses are provisioned, you’ll be ready to start using our services. You will receive all necessary information, including login credentials and usage guides, to quickly and efficiently get started.
Please note that we can also provision your licenses on an existing tenant. You just have to register us on by clicking this link and log in with a Global Adminย
Will it be easy to manage (add or stop) my subscriptions after my onboarding?
Super easy! Once your Tenant is created or licenses are provisioned, you’ll be ready to start using our services. You will receive all necessary information, including login credentials on our dedicated licenses management portal, plus usage guides, to quickly and efficiently get started.
Can I cancel my purchase? When will I get a refund?
You can cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with Microsoft policy. Unfortunately, we are unable to alter this period. Once you have canceled, your refund will be processed using the original method of payment, typically within a few business days, although the exact timing may vary depending on your bank.
